I used this Colab it is amazing. Chose a model and it downloaded perfectly. Then sent me to a temporary web page with a nice interface where I provided my inputs for a text based story model. Excellent!

This looks amazing. I'm still getting my head around what it can really do, and going through the wiki (https://github.com/KoboldAI/KoboldAI-Client/wiki) but it's already a lot of fun.
